Contact our support team within 30 days of delivery with your order number and a detailed reason for the return to receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA).

Securely pack the electronics, including all original accessories, manuals, and batteries, ensuring the RMA number is clearly marked on the outside of the box.
